This is a deep-dive experience into the world of the ‘weskus’ and specific Paternoster. You will be hosted by local fishermen at the Paternoster Hotel. Guests will receive a unique cultural ‘weskus’ food experience: how to clean and prepare crayfish, bokkoms, fish and mussels.This is a once in a lifetime experience to enjoy with real Weskus Fishermen and to experience the way they have prepared food for generations. Salads, rice and Roosterkoek will be included. Drinks not included.
