Groote Post
Groote Post is home to 2 000 hectares of conservation-worthy natural vegetation, including the highly threatened Swartland Granite Renosterveld, Swartland Shale Renosterveld and Atlantis Sand Fynbos. The Groote Post renosterveld makes up 4.7% of South Africa’s total area under this vegetation. Groote Post has a 2 000-hectare game camp, shared with neighbouring farmer Henry Louw, that is home to indigenous species such as kudu, black wildebeest, red hartebeest, bontebok, springbok, quaggas, eland and gemsbok.
Drives start at 09:00 AM in the morning. Duration ± 2 hours. Includes Cheese & Wine stop in the vineyards, overlooking Table Mountain

Darling Brew
The original Darling Brew Tasteroom in the small, West Coast hamlet of Darling overlooks our entire Darling Brewery operation and offers contemporary pub-style food with the full craft beer and beer tasting experience. Darling Brewery is one of South Africa’s award-winning and leading microbreweries in Craft Beer as well as International Beers, non-alcoholic drinks, and other Darling brews such as brandy, gin, and wine. Brewery tours are includes a 30 minute tour with one of our DB Brewers and a Darling Brew Flagship Flight for Beer-tasting (4 × 100ml beer tasting panel).

Darling Olives
At Darling Olives, we not only produce great-tasting olives, but also offer a great tasting experience so you can discover our range of delicious products right here on the farm. Our entire range of olive products is available for tasting during a 30 minute presentation. You can look forward to Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO); Garlic Infused Olive Oil; Olive Chocolate, Jams, Pastes and Rubs; as well as our delicious Black and Calamata Olives.
